BVBG Autumn Running Day 2010

Here is some of the action from the BVBG running day last Sunday.

1. View of the BVBG Bristol J, L, K prior to the start of the event.
2. Routemaster RM 1363 owned by the group's webmaster.
3. GHT 127 - indoors which meant the rain stayed away all day. It came out for a run in the afternoon and some people even travelled upstairs!
4. BHU 92C a Bristol MW and one of 2 vehicles attended by the Bristol Omnibus Vehicle collection.

5. First SD on service taken from Bristol J.
6. First DD on service taken from Bristol J.
7. Line up of some of the buses at the event.
8. GHT 154 driven by the group's chairman returning to site after a journey to the suburbs. This vehicle is 70 years old this year.
9. Scottish Leyland DD was a surprise visitor to the event and did one trip for people to visit Abus Limited.
10. This Bristol VR also made a surprise visit to the event but was not in service.

11. MOD 978 is a Bristol LS coach owned by a member of the BVBG and not available for public view. It is stored off site and I had the chance to
see it and include a picture - more information about this vehicle on the Bristol SU website
