The Foxfield Railway held an autumn gala on the weekend of 23/24 October 2010
with 6 engines in steam each day -
including the Dubs crane tank locomotive dating from 1901. The extension to Foxfield Colliery should open sometime next year.

1. Our transport to get to the event was this Midland red S15 bus.
2. "Whiston" arriving at Caverswall Road with passenger train.
